Saturday 28/02/15 Lucky Bay to Esperance to Norseman.

272km Lucky Bay to Esperance to Norseman left the communal camp site 8.30am, did some site seeing, Flinders landing site , La Grand.
Caught up with Nicole and Barry in Esperance at 10am, more site seeing with lunch at a cafe then onto Norseman where we arrived at 4pm
We stayed in the Director of Nursing house. (Of cause it didn't rain during the night)

Lucky Bay Tent Commune .

Fun watching the different campers, most were foreign back packers, with some unusual Aussies thrown into the mix.

Lucky Bay & more rain on the way.

Some easy beach driving, about 5kms from the camp, don't want to hang around to long, the tide is coming in.

500mtr walk to find the spot where Mathew Flinders Landed in January 1803, during his circumnavigation of Australia on the Investigator

It's ok Jenny your teeth look clean.

More Rock Hopping at Lucky Bay.

Black Clothes are best for camping, also note the green plaques on the Rocks in the back ground, this is the place !

Lots of beach photos, but it just looks so amazing.

It Reads: HMS Investigator Capt. Matthew Flinders Landed Lucky Bay 10 Jan 1803.

We want another beach photo but this rock's to heavy to move.

Lucky Bay: As we were driving off the beach, this Yacht came in under sail, now they are mooring up.

Cape La Grand
